halloween decorations friendly staff anniversary suite window issue excessive heat uncomfortable bed

the halloween decorations were lovely. the staff were really helpful and friendly. our suite was ideal for our anniversary, it reminded me of a dream. the hotel's decorations gave it a magical ambiance, i loved the effort put into them.

the window seemed to be falling apart. it was excessively hot, like a sauna. i could not open the windows easily because of this issue. the beds were not comfortable as they were hard and lacked cushioning, my poor back felt it.
