central location spacious room modern bathroom
the hotel's central location proved very convenient. my double room was also quite large and offered ample space. the modern bathroom was a definite plus.

Lovely stay WITH amazing views
helpful team amazing views xmas decorations quirky features
the team provided helpful service . i requested a room with a bath, and my request was accommodated. THE room featured amazing views. i appreciated the festive Christmas decorations throughout the hotel and its unique quirky features.
the staff's behavior felt somewhat mechanical. it lacked the genuine warmth i hoped to experience.

halloween decorations friendly staff anniversary suite window issue excessive heat uncomfortable bed
the halloween decorations were lovely. the staff were really helpful and friendly. our suite was ideal for our anniversary, it was like a dream. the hotel's decorations gave it a magical ambiance, i loved the effort put into them.
the window seemed to be falling apart. it was excessively hot, like a sauna. i could not open the windows easily because of this issue. the beds were not comfortable as they were hard and lacked cushioning, my poor back felt it.
